Preservation
Paraiso del Mar is a place of natural splendor and in order to preserve such splendor less than 50% of the land will be ever be developed. Preservation of this habitat requires that hundreds of acres of mangrove remain completely untouched. It means a wildlife corridor exists through the center of the land. It requires a golf course designer like Arthur Hills, renowned for his ability to maintain the natural land contours and plant life, in his design to ensure that centuries old elephant trees and magnificent ocotillo and native cacti remain as they always have been. Paraiso del Mar is also the first Audubon International Signature development in Mexico ensuring sustainable practices for long-term stewardship of this special environment.
