A sense of community depends on strong neighborhoods. Each of the seven neighborhoods of Paraiso del Mar will be 50-90 acres with a unique mix of uses, fully sustainable, and including a plazita, beach club, restaurant and trailheads. The casas and villas have been designed to provide exceptional value without sacrificing quality.

The ocean surrounds the site, providing five miles of beach frontage on the Sea of Cortez. Special care has been given to double the usual beachfront setbacks to preserve the dunes and provide room for a beachfront trail that encompasses the entire community. With so much ocean to play in, every day invites a new adventure, whether it's fly fishing from the beach, sea kayaking, sailing, snorkeling with the sea lions and dolphins, scuba diving or just catching some sun with a cold drink.

This is a place of natural splendor, with species that are unique to the area. Preservation of habitat requires hundreds of acres of mangrove remain completely untouched. It means a wildlife migration corridor through the center of the land. It requires a golf course designer like Arthur Hills, renowned for his ability to maintain the natural land contours and plant life in his designs. In this way, the centuries old elephant trees and the magnificent ocotillo and native cacti will remain as they have always been.
