Landscaping nearly complete on first 25 homes. Holes 16, 17, and 18 are growing in nicely with the next six holes seeded. Greens to be started by end of month. Dredging is completed for Reception/Departure Dock in City and also on Property. Building A is substantially complete, windows being installed in building B with interior finish work starting to move up to 6th floor. Buildings C through J continue to progress on Exterior with some finish work starting to happen as well.

Landscaping begins on the next 25 homes. Holes 16, 17, and 18 are now seeded with six more holes to start by the end of the month. Exterior Painting has begun on Building B as Roof Structures are completed on Buildings C, D, E, and F. Interior plaster starts on Building B and progress continues on second horseshoe.

Las Casa Models are now furnished!! Work on Arrivals Dock has begun with the dredging of the area nearing completion. Exterior of Building A is nearly completed and roof structures are completed on Buildings B and E. Work has also started again on the second horseshoe and it is really taking off.

Grass on the Golf Course really taking hold. The 18th hole is already greening up and filling in. Las Casa Models starting to be decorated while other homes continue to be completed. Finish Crews are installing Cabinets and Doors in Penthouse units of Building A and Plaster work moves forward in Building B. First Horseshoe is really taking shape.

Golf Course continues to move forward with the seeding of 18th fairway and continued grow-in on the Driving Range and Short Game Practice area. Las Villas structures move toward completion and allow crews to move inside to complete interiors. Las Casa neighborhoods continue to show completion.

Grass taking hold on Driving Range and Large Lake is completed. The first coat of paint is applied to Las Villas Building A. Final Grading being done on some of the first homes to make ready for landscaping. Las Casas first community pool is underway.

Quick Paced Progress at Paraiso del Mar

We continue to experience great changes on the Paraiso del Mar site. The driving range turf has planted and the single-family homes community swimming pool is underway. This update illustrates the quick pace of work over a nearly two-week period, especially in the Las Villas neighborhood. In Building A, crews are completing finish work, including cabinetry and interior door installation on the 2nd floor, tile work on the 3rd floor, painting on the 4th floor and application of interior plaster coats in the Penthouses. The first floor of A is mostly complete. In addition, work is underway on Building B’s 6th floor, C and D’s 4th floor, and E’s 5th floor. And, landscaping and exterior painting continues in the Casa neighborhood, creating a wonderful curb appeal with Mexican flair.

Obvious strides have been made in the last week and a half since our last update. Further work on Las Casas model home landscaping shows an even more lush setting. In Las Villas neighborhood, crews continue their upward climb on Buildings B through E, as well as advancing through the interior and the roofing of Building A. In addition, the swimming pool for Buildings A through E is taking shape as the construction team erects the walls. On the golf course, the lining of the large lake proceeds as we near filling this second golf course lake with water. And, the driving range has now been prepared for sprigging, which will begin soon. View these photos to see our progress!

It’s exciting to see the interiors of the first Casas and Villas continuing to come together. Crews are progressing nicely on buildings A through F. In the Casa neighborhood, kitchen installation advances, as does the beautiful landscaping. Interior roads are being completed as needed throughout both neighborhoods.

On the golf course, the sprinkler system is operating. In addition, the lining of the large lake is nearly complete. We look forward to providing you with more updates in the near future. View our progress in these photos.

The new year has brought new progress to Paraiso del Mar. The first electric water taxi, which will be in use to transport owners and visitors from the property to the Malecon, is in our possession. The condominiums are in various stages of completion and crews have begun work on the pool for Buildings A thru E. In addition, the Casa model homes have taken on an exciting curb appeal as landscaping takes shape. View these photos to see our progress.
